Dear Diary,
Today’s my fifth day in school. I can’t believe the time passed so fast! To be honest, the only thing I did for these few days is just do more tests and stuff. I really hope the classes soon and I can make some friends. You know, when I was seven, I made a decision to not make any friends and concentrate on studying so I could be one of those people with 150 IQ level. All of us have these kind of crazy dreams once in a while. But when you’re older, you’ll start realising that you made a complete fool of yourself. Really, it’s hard to live without friend. Especially when you are still in school.
We’ve made good progress in our party planning. Jade is a really sweet and funny girl, but she is a bit of a scaredy cat. If you didn’t know her, you might think she was a cold and mature girl. She only opens up to some people! Two days ago, we decided to explore that tunnel in our neighbourhood. When we finally reached somewhere, Jade was about to charge in but I blocked her. What if we had just stumbled upon a secret villian base or something? Hey, you never know!
We hid behind the wall that separated us from the place that the tunnel led to. We stood there for a while and waited for something to happen. Don’t ask me what we were waiting for! Just as we were about to give up and just go and see, we heard a grunting sound. Jade froze, her eyes darting around. Thump, thump! We heard some heavy footsteps coming toward us. Jade couldn’t take it anymore.
“Yaaaaaa! Jade screamed at charged back through the tunnel. I tried to tell her to come back, because secretly I was also a bit scared to face whatever that was alone. The sound was almost beside us now! NOPE. NOT HAPPENING! I didn’t dare to face that thing so I bolted after Jade.
Anyway, no, I didn’t get a glimpse of that…’thing’. Lets just call it ‘Thing’ to make it easier. So, I didn’t look back at Thing during my run back home. I mean, seriously, who would look back to check when they’re in the middle of an emergency escape?! I just had a thought…what if that was a secret evil villain base! And we had just alerted them that someone had discovered their base! And they were going to catch those people who found out about them and kill them so they wouldn’t tell anyone! Thank goodness that won’t happen! (But I’m still keeping my guard on.)
Oops, I think my mother’s calling me. I’ll finish this later.
I’m back! And my mother just shared a piece of very exciting news with me! I finally got my class! It’s the best class in the academy. Yay for me! I mean, it’s expected of me to get into that class. My mother says that I am smart, but I should put in more effort. Bah. Okay, nevermind, let’s get back to my news. So, aside from getting into that class, I also have a field trip to…what was that name again? Lucky for me, I joined just in time for the first trip of the year! Can you believe it? My school only has field trips once every term. By the way, if you didn’t know, a term is three months.
I’ve got so many exciting stuff to share that this diary entry is more than 2 pages long! I should stop writing now. Ha. Not that I have a choice, my finger already has a callus there.
Toodles!
